Solar Panels are allowed in Taylors Ridge as per Washington State regulation RCW 64.38.055. However, we do require the following conditions be satisfied:
- You must submit your final solar panel diagram/plan to the Architecture Committee so it can determine if there is an architectural impact that conflicts with the original design principles of Taylor’s Ridge. The Committee will review the plan and provide comments before a final approval can be determined.
- The solar panel frames must be of a material and color compatible with the colors in your roof. Please submit sufficient information for the Committee to determine if the color is compatible.
