Driveway Replacement

All driveways within Taylor’s Ridge are made of aggregate-style concrete, which is highly durable, aesthetically pleasing, and it complements the natural landscape of our area.

Replacing your driveway with like-material is an immediate-approval from the architecture committee, but please email us a notice so we can expect the construction crews in the neighborhood.

If you wish to change your driveway material to something else, such as brick or smooth concrete, you must submit a request to the architectural control committee for approval. Please include a detailed description of the proposed material, color, pattern, and design of your driveway, as well as a sample or picture of the material.

Please be aware that if you choose to use a non-continuous material such as brick, you will still be required to keep the driveway surface free of moss and weeds.

The sidewalk and curb are property of the City of Duvall, and cannot be changed.

The width of the driveway entrance from the road is defined by the City of Duvall, not the HOA, and cannot be changed without permission from City of Duvall

Please note that asphalt driveways are not permitted, as they are prone to cracking, fading, and staining, and they detract from the appearance and value of our community.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
