Board approval is required before you begin painting the outside of your home.

Procedure for getting approval to change or renew the paint colors of your home are as follows:

Email taylorsridgehoa@outlook.com with the name of the paint manufacturer, number of Paint Scheme or name of colors chosen outside of scheme and where the colors are going, i.e. body, trim, garage door, etc. 

If you are choosing colors outside of the scheme, the Board will need to see swatches, not smaller that 2″ x 2″.  We will need a turnaround time of 72 hours. 

If you are choosing colors from the approved schemes, approval is automatic but you must still email the board with a notice that you are painting and which scheme you are using so the colors can be verified later.
